    Asked for tons of ID verification including scans of passport, selfies, and photos of credit card and statement only to say that my order for 3oz of gold was beyond what they could tolerate for first time buyers! if that was the case you should not have asked for so many confidential documents all just to say you can't tolerate fulfilling the order. Seems like a one man-show out of a basemend as Amr ***** is all you find related to the website... Stay away!

    At NHB Bullion, we take security and transaction integrity seriously, especially when it comes to precious metals, which are regulated and can be misused for activities like money laundering or terrorist financing. Thats why we perform thorough checks when new clients place large orders like your $19,000+ order. This includes ID verification and payment review to meet both industry standards and Canadian compliance requirements (*******), which all Canadian businesses dealing in bullion products are obligated to follow.





    Although the requested documents were submitted, our final risk assessment flagged concerns based on chargeback abuse reported under the same clients information through third party data. Based on that, we made the decision to cancel the order for security reasons, not because of the order amount. This is clearly stated in our terms, which reserve the right to refuse service or/and cancel any order.





    We offered a solution to proceed with a smaller portion of the order or to accept e-transfer as a safer payment option. The client declined and requested a refund, which was issued in full within minutes. The entire situation, from the time the order was placed to the cancellation and refund request, took a few hours.





    We also want to address the unprofessional language used in the response, including repeated comments about a basement business, which were unnecessary and disrespectful. NHB Bullion is a registered Canadian business, compliant with all legal and financial standards, with a strong record of delivering trusted service to hundreds of clients.





    We made a fast decision based on a real risk, issued a full refund quickly, and communicated every step clearly.
