    November **** 2023 $****** They told me they would clean the carpet in my average sized room of the house, I also asked for a disinfectant when cleaner was here. When I was booking I had told them I had a few stains and they said they would try to get it out. When I looked after it was done it looked good, then when it dried its like all the stains were never cleaned and the carpet felt very crusty. Its like they went over the carpet with water and not even cleaner liquid.I have not heard anything from the business after my complaint on ****** and social media ********** I will be contacting the company next week about my issue but from the attitude of the cleaner who came the business doesnt seem like they will refund me due to their warning-ish If they are a carpet cleaning company wouldnt you have some stain removing products? They never even offered me any stain removing add ons. Very disappointed as this room is going to be *************** (Baby due Feb ****) and it looks even worse after the clean. I would like a full refund of $******

    We reached out to ******* and we came to an agreement. We sent another Senior Tech to address her carpets. He re cleaned the whole area. There was urine stains that had bleached the color right out of the carpets. After the cleaning we decided it was best to refund ******* in full as the first Tech on site should have identified this on arrival.
