    On December 11, 2023 Ram Cleaning Service was booked to clean our carpets. When the cleaner arrived he drove too fast up our driveway (slopes up) and ran into our garage overhead door. Three of the five panels in the door are bent. The door does still work but panels bind on the way up and make a large bang. Because the manufacturer has changed their design we can't just replace three panels but need to replace the whole door ($2,500). We have made the decision to go ahead and replace the door before it totally fails and could damage our car, etc. I have sent emails and made phone calls to Ram more times than I can count. They do not respond to email and when ***** (office manager?) answers the phone she says she will get back to me but doesn't. The carpet cleaning job was acceptable and we paid the $207.90 fee on December 11/23 in good faith.The worker (***) wrote on the invoice (#******) "call client about dent in garage door", no such call was made. My most recent email to *** (3 weeks ago) was conciliatory and asked them to "help"with the cost of the new door, but no response. I have always felt that *** should pay some but not all the costs, the door is 27 years old but I have been told by an overhead door supplier that it would have been fine for another 5-10 years, which was all we needed being in our late 70s.     I had kitchen/bathroom cleaning services provided by Ram Cleaning Services - the work was done to help us prepare for home showings. Unfortunately, the results were abysmal and we had to do it ourselves. After multiple conversations with the Ram staff, it was agreed that we would be receiving a full refund.Well, after 14 months, MANY phone calls/email follow **** and assurances that the refund was coming, I have given up. This is terrible/shameful service. The ******** photos are evidence of the poor workmanship.
