      Heres my experience:I paid $309 to fix my phone screen. They gave me a loaner phone that didnt make calls, then another that stopped working after a few hours. My phone wasnt ready the next day as promised, so they gave me a third loaner phone and said my phone was top priority. I eventually got my phone back, paying $367, only to find the screen stopped working that same night.I requested a refund or repair, and they promised to fix it. But they repeatedly delayed repairs, saying I had to wait for a senior tech, even though they later admitted they couldve fixed it earlier. Meanwhile, my phone screen cracked again. I asked them to honor the original repair since the screen had never worked properly. They refused and tried to charge me another $180.When I expressed my frustration, they became hostile. Another customer overheard and seemed unsurprised. Eventually, they called the cops, falsely accusing me of being violent and breaking thingswhich was completely untrue. The police apologized for the situation and even suggested small claims court.This place has terrible service, false accusations, and no accountability. Save yourself the headache and go elsewhere. Checking reviews online, its clear Im not alone in having a bad experience.

      Within the month of October. -I Went to have backglass replaced on my Iphone 12 pro max, When I picked up the phone I noticed the microphone was not working. I can only do calls using the speaker feature. The glass replacement was 240$. -I returned to and explained my issue to market mobile and they showed me information to prove the glass and microphone are not correlated. They showed me technical information that I do not understand as Im not a phone technician. The technician explained when I came to pick my phone up my phone had a passcode lock and they could not test the phone, this was a lie because my phone does not have a passcode lock. -Mobile Market agreed to repair the microphone free of charge and I returned to the store as instructed based on when the technician would be present. -When I returned I was not aware that the technician was NOT there and the front desk woman took my phone and while attempting to open it they 'stripped' the 2 small screws on the bottom of the phone. I asked why they were doing the repair and not the technician despite being instructed to return when the technician is present. At this point I left the store as I was lied to twice and was only provided with excuses. The technician asked me to return but I do not trust this establishment.
