    I purchased a used IphoneX from this location, I had to bring the phone back within 2 weeks because it wasnt holding charge, they took it in and said they put a new battery in it then gave it back. The phone continued loosing charge too quickly i returned back to the store for a second time. They stated that the battery drain was normal for the amount and type of workload the phone was under, 4 hrs is NOT normal under any conditions. They refused to conduct any further repairs, the phone has continually perpetually depleted in performance of battery life since the second visit, now the phone wont charge or turn on at all. I addition to the battery life issue, while personally investigating issues related to high battery consumption I discovered that the phone had spy ware installed on it, the operating system was sold to me in a supposedly NEW ***********, there is no way that could have been so because the only software i use is certified and downloaded from the apple store. I immediately phoned the store upon discovering the spy ware they were NOT surprised and seemed ashamed but were unwilling todo anything to correct the issue. Id be willing to bet that if a investigator went into the store and checked the other used phoines for sale they too would have matching spy ware on them, as well as a warranties that wouldnt be honored. They have a copy of my receipt on file under my name and phone number ************, if its needed for BBB purposes.
