    In July 15, 2024, clever daycare supposed to refund us a total of $870 that represent our deposit as shown in my e-transfer joined.Clever daycare reimbursed us only $335.16.After asking about our invoices to double check, Clever daycare refuse to send us any invoices detailed and they send us a note ( that I joined to my claims).In despite that Ms. ******** ****, the clever daycare coordinator, confirm that we can bring our daughter for the remaining three days of the month of February 2022 free of charge, we was surprised that Clever daycare charged us $900 for those three days of daycare.This amount is hugely unfair and deceptive and we could not to double check any of the other fees that Clever daycare charged us since they refused to send us our invoices after many emails and many call phones that rest without any follow from the Clever daycare.We asked you to help us to cover the remaining amount

    Thank you for sharing your concerns. We truly value transparency and always strive to address any misunderstandings.Regarding your complaint, we sent a detailed email on August 26, 2024, outlining the breakdown of charges and refund calculations. In addition, our accounting department attempted to reach you by phone to explain everything, but unfortunately, we did not receive a *********** clarify, your child started attending Clever Daycare on February 7, 2022, not just for three days as stated. We have attached a detailed record of your child's attendance in February 2022 for your review. If you have any proof that our centre's director offered you free attendance, please share it with us.We remain open and available to further discuss this matter.

    You are welcome to contact us by phone or arrange an in-person meeting to review the invoices and clarify any outstanding concerns.Please feel free to reach out anytime, and we are happy to assist you in resolving this.

    I am rejecting this response because:

    First, the information about the starting day that you provide in your communication is totally wrong.

    worst than that, you sent me an explanation of fees based on wrong bases.

    Second, I did not receive any detailed invoices from your business until now.

    Third point, I paid all my fees as well as all the monthly payments since February 2022 until June 2024. As result, I should have the totality of my deposit back.

    Finally, I did not received any call from your services.

    Had to pay a $*** non-refundable deposit to put my daughter on a waitlist to attend one of Clever Daycares locations. I was advised of what to put as the memo line and to advise them when I had sent it. In taking a tour of the facility, I was also advised that some of my questions about the waitlist needed to go through the enrolment coordinator as she (the director) could not answer my questions. After I initially sent the deposit on October **, I sent a email to ask for confirmation that the deposit was received along with some questions. I followed up to that email on October **, October ** (when I see the money was deposited) and November * with absolutely no response. Prior to getting the money, they were extremely responsive.

    Please review our email correspondence with ******* (attached), where it is evident that a delay occurred between the withdrawal from her account and the subsequent deposit into ours, leading to the mentioned issue. Nevertheless, we have adjusted the waitlist placement timing according to her provided date reference.

    In a subsequent phone discussion, ******* expressed satisfaction. For further confirmation, feel free to reach out to her.
