Cleaners admitted to damaging my kitchen cabinets. To keep cost down; I handled the repair and asked for the $147 for the stain and they are refusing to pay! Totally unprofessional!

Hired this cleaning company to clean my sister in laws house as a gift. They over charged and took way too long to clean. 8 hours for 2.5 bathrooms, a kitchen and living room, that weren't that dirty. Charged $520, triple the amount I was quoted. DO NOT RECOMMEND.

I would NEVER recommend this company. Very suboptimal and minimal cleaning, Three sets of cleaners were sent out piece-meal to fix what the last group missed. The only one who did a great job was Leah -but her allotted time only allowed her to do the utility room. The first group of 3 left a very poor job plus they plugged a toilet resulting in water damage to my ceiling and carpet in the basement-without acknowledging anything happened. {had I not stepped on my wet carpet downstairs I would not have known] Leah who was the second person dispatched a few days later did a great job on one room-however then the company owner Lana came and retrieved her, citing 'exhaustion', The third group of 2 came out Oct 11 to fix the jobs left by the others and I also received an email the evening prior by Mrs Clean outlining the expectations for their work-which was absolutely not done-it was a breach and was dishonest. The manager Kimberly and owner Lana were informed of all issues with attached photos. For the third group, I was told by Kimberly Oct 13 morning that 'I was not to pay them through the company-but separately.' I wasnt sure what this meant. On Oct 11, 866.25 was charged to my VISA and on Oct 13, 204.75 was charged to my VISA. [for the last 2 girls] I ALSO had to pay for the carpet cleaning bill of 196.00 . Kimberly assessed my house prior to the work and the only caveat she mentioned prior to the service was that the cleaners cannot climb above 2 steps on a ladder to clean high. No mention of why any other parts of my house could not be be cleaned. On the client intake form I filled out prior to the service, I left the 'estimated amount' field empty. Kimberly upon her initial visit said the cost is usually about 866.00 .which is fair for a job well done. However the small print beside it says prices subject to change etc... My husband, my friend and myself then spent a day doing their jobs.. All attempts to call this company on and after Oct 13 have failed.
