After this I enrolled into the Education Assistent program at ABM college which I was informed was equivalent to the requirements needed to receive my level 2 certification by an ABM college representative. I took out a Canada Student loan and Alberta student loan amounting to $22,500 (See attachment #2).After completing all of my courses and receiving my Education Assistent Certification and transcript (See attachment #3) which took approximately 11 months (with practicum) I applied for level 2 through the ************************************** My application for level 2 was rejected and I was told by the ********** Certification staff that the Education Assistent Program I completed through ABM college was only equivalent to level 1 which I already had (See attachment #4). After this I contacted ***** who I completed my level 1 with and explained my situation. ***** emailed Amor and the following emails were shared between them (See attachment #5). **** had stated in these emails that ABM is willing to reimburse my tuition and she had also told me this through messenger (See Attachment #6). After this I had emailed another ABM representative (*************************) about my situation. ******** had said in these emails that she has forwarded the information to higher management and have not gotten a solution since then. After several requests they still have not resolved this issue and have stopped responding. They misrepresent and caused a lot of mental frustration for me and financial loss.
