      The transaction occured on **** ** **** via E-transfer. The amount of money transferred is ***** **** The business was offering a course for makeup and hair do. I enrolled my wife into this course, before enrolling however I asked about the refund procedure and was told I would have 3 business days to get a refund for tuition fee. After my wife attended her first day on **** ** **** she realized the instructor ***** did not have much knowledge about the course she was teaching. So we tried to call her and ask about her teaching techniques. During which she became aggressive over the phone because we questioned her. She started being absurdly rude *** **** **** *** *** ****** ********* ** ** ****. After that she requested for a refund in which she said that it is non refundable and hung up the phone. We tried to call her again but she wont pick up the phone now. Also emailed her asking her to return the money and have not received anything back and it does not seem like she is wanting to cooperate. I have proof of the terms and conditions and no where does it say that the courses are non refundable. **** ********* ***** **** * ******** ****** And my wife did not learn anything about make up during the first day.
