      On October **/24, I enrolled in the Practical Herbalist program through Wild Rose College of Herbal Medicine.This program is meant to give a strong foundation in herbalism & lead me to becoming a Master or Clinical Herbalist.Tuition total was $******* before tax & my books cost me almost $****** short, this program has been riddled with spelling & grammatical errors ever since the first section but I was able to look past that until they began teaching completely inaccurate information. The *************** are both using the same inaccurate information which has caused me to lose all confidence in the education Im getting. Theres also been many gaps in the information they teach & I have had to spend hours on **************** in order to understand what theyre attempting to teach.I reached out to them, sharing many examples of issues with their course & requested a refund as this is not what I signed up for at all. They denied me any refund at all & suggested they could waive the fee to withdraw from the program.After reading their refund policy, I found that if you pay in full (like I did) they only offer refunds up to 7 days after payment. But if you pay monthly, the policy states you can request to have payments cancelled. I expressed that this shows me it is possible to arrange a form of ********** asked for the matter to be moved up to management.Its been a week since my last ********* have not had any reply. So I chose to reach out to you to request guidance on what steps I can take.Its outrageous that they are selling programs that are filled with so many inaccuracies & also contain massive gaps of information, meaning as a student I have had to spend hours on ******* to understand & supplement the course I paid for.Please help me!Thank you so much!
