    This firm did the "WORST" job on my exposed aggregate I have ever had done. They made a mess doing the cut against my house which I had to repaint to cover the sloppy sealer mess that they got along my house. They made a mess filling cracks with clear, rubber based, waterproof construction adhesive. They appear to have put too much in so the area surrounding the cracks, so it looks bad.Their response to the above was for me to resolve it myself.Do you yourself a favor and look elsewhere.

    This customer is gaslighting us. At every step we have responded to his concerns. We did this job on July 27 2022 and went back on July 28 2022 to removed the mess along the cut. When cutting sealant along structures it is not uncommon for very small amounts to get left on the trim. This we removed with ****** solvent and left the client a jar of solvent in case he found any other small issues. The client expressed satisfaction at that time as he was withholding payment but payed shortly after fixing this for him.Last week the client contacted us complaining about the appearance of his cracks and I went to visit him the following day to see the issue first hand. The crack seal is installed properly and has a slightly darker appearance than the surrounding concrete. I explained that it appeared normal for this application on this type of concrete (stamped/exposed aggregate mixed). He expressed to me that he was thinking of replacing his driveway as he doesnt like how the stamped trim appears. He thanked me for taking the time to stop by and shook my hand when I said goodbye. Next thing I know hes giving us a one star review here and I have no logical explanation.
