******************, we can provide you with all necessary documents regarding the approval of your consumer proposal, as well as the Creditors Package which shows a list of all the creditors included. We understand that you have been receiving collection letters which we have already advised you, before and during signing, that you can always forward the letters to us, and we will help you deal with them. With receiving collections calls and letters, we have never denied your request regarding sending these agencies notices about the Consumer Proposal you filed. We have repeatedly advised you that what matters is that the original creditor is officially included in what you have filed.Additionally, we mentioned on multiple occasions (during consultation, before you signed the documents, during the signing, and some other times you sent an e-mail to inquire), that the debts included in your Consumer Proposal cannot be discharged yet and cannot be removed yet from your credit report until you pay off and fully perform the Consumer Proposal. Legally, this is the case for every single person who files this kind of program since there is still a possibility that debtors get their Proposals annulled due to non payments and all the rights go back to their creditors to collect money from them again. Being in a Consumer Proposal does not mean that you no longer have these said debtsyou will only receive the Certificate of Full Performance which is proof that you are debt-free once the whole Consumer Proposal is paid. You said so yourself that you are still paying, so that is proof on its own that you are not yet out of the Proposal which means your record cannot be cleared yet.We received an e-mail from you on Aug *** 2022, stating that CRA had no record of you filing a Consumer Proposal. On the same day, we sent a response informing you that we will investigate it and another response later on the same day that CRA is indeed aware and has already filed a claim. Another e-mail we received from you regarding a problem you have with one of your creditors was on January **, 2023, and we sent you a detailed response on Jan **, 2023 regarding the steps to take. On April **, 2023, you sent us an e-mail inquiring about what to do with the trailer you had and on the same day, we sent you a response trying to help you with it despite the fact that it is not possible for you to include it in the Proposal. These instances show that we will always try to help you in the best way we can and if it is possible for us to do so.You have also mentioned in the post you submitted toBBBthat there is an old student loan which was not included in your proposal. We have reviewed your file and during your consultation with us back in Oct **, 2021, we have records of the conversation that transpired, and we confirmed with you if you have any student loans and you answered NO. In addition, we have carefully looked into all the documents you sent us including the screenshots of your credit report on Nov *, 2021, and found that no student loan balances were reflected at all on the credit report you submitted to us.On Nov **, 2021, you have signed a document called Consumer Proposal Acknowledgement and the third point specifically states that you have been given sufficient time to review the Statement of Affairs prior to signing and understand that it is an official document and must include full disclosure of all assets and liabilities. If there were any changes (like having a student loan or other creditors), you should have brought that to our attention at that point in time which you did not. If you were aware that you might have had a student loan, this should have been disclosed to us and we could have helped you every step of the way.
