Credit value has been taking ***** dollars out of my account. I have never signed up for their offer or have any contract with them. I call them yet they say their database is down and can't pull up any information. They do not even reply to the emails.They have just one customer care personnel working who seems shady.Business Response

I only sent an application for a loan and never signed an agreement or a loan. I stopped my journey there and theyve been removing ***** out of my account since. I have gotten no response from them and this has been going on every week since the first week of June, please advise this company is not here to help but to *****. I had a **** payment(this is what was stated on my account) **** paymentTaken from my account from credit value for *****.. I called them because I had no idea who they were and why they would take money from my bank account. But they didnt return my call. I have no idea who this company is and how they could possibly be taking money from my account without authorization.. I just discovered a charge to my bank account for ***** by Credit Value BPY.IMMEDIATELY, im beyond livid as this has put me in the negatives which will result in a NSF charge of 40.00.I just applied for a loan online this past week and at no point did i sign any agreement or even complete the process for that matter. I've scattered aroudn the website and started to fill a request but I changed my mind after. then since last month they been charging me 18.99$ per week and sometime it's twice a week and I've been charged bank fees from those transactions , once we calculate all those charges , It comes around 300$ that you guys cost me.I've sent an email to your support team's email to get a refund and cancelation of whatever you put on my back WITHOUT MY CONSCENT usualy a business answer within 2-3 hours , now it been 48 hours and you guys seems to not care at all If I don't have confirmation of refund and cancelation as of today, I'll have to make a move to the court and charge back , damage and interest from you looking forward to an answer thank youBusiness Response
