    On Sept 8, 2023, this company was to deliver and install an ** WashTower from ******* so I disconnected everything the night before. On arrival, they asked if I will be using the taps under the sink to which I replied yes. They took the old units and said: someone else will come to install the new one and asked me where to put the new unit in the garage. They said not to complete Costcos delivery phone survey since the delivery wasn't complete. I asked when the installer will come and they said within the delivery window.I phoned the company and was told that they couldnt install because the hoses were still attached to the taps, per Costcos policy delivery policy. Fair enough, but the delivery guy lied and said that someone else will come to install. There was also a false note in the delivery records that this policy was explained during delivery. If he had explained this, I would have unscrewed the taps in 30 seconds right on the spot.The records also had a picture of a delivery acceptance form that had not been presented to me at any time, on which they had forged my signature.So, everything had been documented in such a way that I had no leg to stand on when I called their customer service. They simply said they had not been on hand to hear the conversation, and couldn't do anything. ****** also said the same thing.I suspect they did this to avoid having to do more work than necessary.I had to move and install this very heavy unit with a friend and injured my ankle. So, if you get these guys, keep a close eye on them, and question anything suspicious.

    This company is totally ***********. Failed on first attempt of ********* set delivery with a phone call at 10:00 pm telling me they didn't have time to make the scheduled delivery. 2nd attempt the driver called me saying he was lost and couldn't find the address. Told me he was from ******* and didn't know North from South. Threatened to not make the delivery and I would need to reschedule in a couple of weeks. Had to send the 17 year old sitter into the street to find him. After the delivery was made we discovered that they had broken the ** screen. Unbelievable!
