      I used the Services of Driver direct earlier in the week and was quoted $91/delivery (By ***********************), no matter the number of pallets. I used them again at the end of the week (November 2nd), and was told the same amount. They charged my credit card $353, saying that they drove for 3. when emailing to dispute, I was met with a rude email (from the ********** ************************* I was being accused of being rude for questioning why they overcharged. Their reasoning: a 45 minute delay on the pick up side. This was not true. The driver waited 15 minutes (Our fault). But the other 30 minutes was because he refused to back the truck up straight, and drop his tail gate, as discussed when booking the truck. The facility had to coordinate and move pallets out of their way to get the fork lift. This was due to driver laziness, and took 20 minutes. He then sauntered to the bathroom which was not accessible right by the door (another 10 minutes). When the driver arrived at the drop off spot, he refused to drop due to snow. After some back and forth text questions, (snow looked shallow by images and I didn't understand how a 5 tonne couldn't make it through a small snow drift (again, I was not there...just going by what the facility said, and images sent by both parties). When I questioned ***** on this, he "attacked" via email saying that I was disrespecting him. He sent an image trying to say that his driver shovelled and nobody at the facility helped, when in fact he sent an image (taken by his driver), of *****, one of the facility employees shovelling (image ********). They all pitched in. I received an image of my product inside at 5:30 and the pick up was scheduled for 3:30 (2 hours) not the 3 that I was charged.Yes there was snow that day, but not more than **** cm. Not only was I treated rudely, there was no customer service and no refund for an hour overcharge. I appreciate that he believes his driver....but the driver was not telling the truth.

      The customer was only mad when she saw the price. she was quoted a two hour minimumwith the caveat that we will bill however the project takes.All is not what the customer said as we did have to shovel snow then they helped and our driver went above and beyond . i would like to credit the customer back for one hour. I will gladly do this but the fact is she has also filed a complaint with her credit card company and they are holding all the funds stating we fraudulately charged her card and that she didnt give us the information on a phone in order according to *******. .i will credit her card back but want to make sure that the remaining amount will be paid. i was on holidays when this notification came in.
