    I contacted AB Distillers on Sep 20 23, to inform the company that 1 of their alcohol bottles upon opening had broken @ cap - cutting the openers hand - bottle fell/spilled onto dining table laden with special themed linens, **************** prior to falling to the floor, w/remainder of alcohol splashing onto clothing + shoes. Resulting in reshowering - changing ***************** and having to dispose linens, decor & some of the food. All 1/2 hr before guests arrived. Unacceptable! These damaged items cost OVER $200, exluding the food expenses - reshowering time - cleaning of shoes - laundering of clothes. The entire ************* opening the faulty UNSAFE bottle, smelled of whiskey. My hand was cut, nothing serious, however still an unnecessary injury needing cleansing & wrapping in guaze. AB Distillers was contacted the same week, without a response. Several emails were forwarded & 1 month later (Oct) the company offered to deliver another bottle which was inadequate. The themed event had passed as it was a 1 X gathering, the residence does not keep alcohol in ************** that resulted from the faulty bottle were much more than a bottle worth $9, vs greater than $200? The writer requested the company to have the *************** department respond, as the matter is also a safety concern for fellow consumers. 1 month later (Nov) still 0 reply. A call was placed to the ************************** took the complaint to forward to appropriate depts. She stated a reply would be prompt. 1 month later, nearly Dec 22, a ****** review of AB Distillers & the incident was publically posted. In Jan 23, the writer finally received a call from an Agent offering $15. I had stated, there was damages of more than $200, plus food & cleaning of **************** Also, a cut hand. I suggested 1/4 of the $200 ($50) simply to settle as it was nearing 4 mths of 0 company not caring about comsumers. Agent became intimidating & insulting, I emailed to cease & now contacting BBB.
