  Paid for mediation for an uncontested divorce, including a small child. .was given false information and mislead during intake by the receptionist..paid in full for a separation agreement, child and spousal support, division or property and assets.. The junior paralegal took both mine and spouses info, it was supposed to be full transparency. I never saw any of my husbands. He sent her emails and submitted did not cc me as per our signed agreement .There was 8 months of no communication after I paid. But multiple calls before I paid to get me to pay. . Did mediation, came to an agreement. They had us sign nothing. Giving my spouse a week to change his mind and to back on the agreement. He had his employer change his was by $60k to help lower his payments. I have primary custody of our child and have not worked in 12 years. He filed false info on his taxes they had I never saw, my accountant called and told me. I questioned the owner. She responded by email that TDC WAS NOT GOING TO HELP US NOT TO CALL OR EMAIL. Leaving me with a child and no financial support and nothing signed or filed but she took my money and allowed my spouse months to do many things I dont understand how this is allowed. I have sept $4k in lawyer fees just for 1 hour calls since, just to scramble for advice she knows this. Wont reply to my emails or calls. I want a refund as its unfair business practice and she did not fulfill anything she claimed. She allowed my child and my situation to be very difficult and now very complicated and nasty. I have a child! My spouse has me blocked. Moved money and opened new accounts she knows this and did nothing. Its false advertising and there was no support or communication in 8 months. When they said it would take 3 and all be filed. No one should have to be put through this with a child, no job and a drained account because of this woman.

  I have sent a email request for refund.

  she has no responded.

  I was advised to submit reviews online and where she is promoting, she has blocked and deleted all my reviews. 
  people who dont have anything to hide, wouldnt do so. 
  she took full payments for services, she unfairly charged and did not deliver or complete. 
  

  she should be responsible to refund the money its unfair business practices and did not complete or file services I paid for.

  she will not respond to my emails or answer my calls. She is guilty, and she knows it. 
  

  I have filed and called multiple places that all say she is responsible to provide services I paid for or refund.

  as a single mother with no income and now out $5200+ I had to borrow money to be able to protect myself and my child financially, she is not a good mediator or operating an honest company. 
  

  deleting honest reviews is a very dishonest and irresponsible business owner.
