    On ***** ***** ***** we booked driving ******s with UC Driving School for ***** **** *** ***** **** at around noon. We attempted to follow up with them to confirm a specific time, but they didn't respond until the evening of ***** ***** ****. They told us that due to their scheduling errors, they had to move our ****** on the **** to the evening and would not confirm a time for the ****** on the ****. During the ****** on the ****, they told us that they could not fit in our scheduled ****** and that we would have to move our ****** to the next month or find another driving school. On the ****, we sent the payment of ****, however, even after having to find another driving school, they only returned ****. Originally, we planned to have these two ******s done during spring break ****** *********), however, due to their lack of communication and ************, our plans are delayed and we now need to push back ******s and testing times. We are asking or a full refund of the **** to also compensate for the troubles they have caused us.

    We don't have written agreement. 

    Yes, he did provide 2 hours of training. 

    Yes, we paid *******. We paid **** as we like to get a full refund as compensation for "our trouble".

    Thank you for taking your precious time to deal with this complaint. I haven't replied to you until now because I've been very busy. Our school's refund policy is that if you are not satisfied, we can choose to refund at any time. If the fees that have been incurred, we will deduct the relevant fees. If there are no fees incurred, we will refund the full amount.
    This is the first time since the establishment of our school that someone has complained! If you have time, I can tell you briefly about what happened.
    Maybe you know  there was a road test reform in AB.  At first,I got information from registries new system would start on  ****, so I could completely arrange for her practice driving on **** *** ****. But the old system continued until ****.There were a lot of people taking the road test before the reform.On ****, I shared the information with her and called to persuade her whether she could reschedule because there were many people taking the test. But she insisted to practice. So we practiced on ****. She wanted to practice again around noon on ****. I told her there were several road tests if she wanted to practice she could do it at **** (In our industry, tests usually have a higher priority) Otherwise she could find another instructor and I would refund the rest of the fee.  *** ******* ********** ** **** **** ***** ** ********* * **** *** *********** *** *** ***** **** *** ** *** *****  And you can also contact the student who practiced after her on **** to know what happened at that time.
