    I received an air-duct cleaning service from a guy I found on ********. His employee came in, did the work, I e-transferred the money, and the employee went on his way. I never received a receipt for this work and the guy from ******** blocked me when I tried to report this issue to him.The issue is; THEY ARE CALLING ME RELENTLESSLY. Its bordering harassment as its almost everyday! I'd say for over a year, they would call me 3-5 times a week asking me to get my ducts cleaned. They always recite my personal information like my name, address, and what I apparently spent in the past before telling me why they are calling.I finally got a company name from one of them, and he claims it is "United Air Duct Cleaning Corporation". The numbers that persistently call are:*************** *************** I am not interested in this service and think it is very unethical to consistently call me, for over a year, relentlessly. Even though I asked, and sometimes demanded, that they take me off their call list. When I block a number, a new number comes up, and I am running out of options. So here I am, submitting this complaint.

    Back in June of 2023 I hired united air duct cleaning to work in my house. I was quoted $200 for services and ended up with a bill of $1,600. I paid the bill but did not receive a receipt, my bad I know. Since then I receive 1-4 calls a day from them (on different numbers each time) asking me to pay for their services again. I have told them multiple times to stop calling me because I will never use their services again. The last number used was **************, they harass me at all hours and it affects my career along with my sleep.

    I hired them to clean my furnace ducts and dryer vent duct. They attached a vacuum to the furnace then just put an air compressor hose in each vent, no brushes no sanitizer. Then for the dryer vent all he did was put the compressor air hose into the vent from outside, no vacuum on the inside so the lint didn't have anywhere to go but back into the house - some did come outside-. . They encouraged interact payment. As of now -2 days- I still don't have a receipt. And they have now blocked my messages and don't return calls.
