I took the online Educational Assistant Program with East-West College in 2019/2020 with the guarentee that I would receive a level 2 in childcare. After I finished and received my certificate, I sent it to ******* *********************** and they told me I only qualified for a level one because the college was not a recognized college. My employers tried to reach out to ******* Certification and also the College. The College started ignoring their calls and emails. I believe the college took advantage of english being my second language and made promises that they could not fulfill. Many of my classmates were also ********* and are in the same situation. The loan we took out for $16,000 is still owing to the school and we are continuing to pay it off while trying to find a resolution. My employers are helping me with this fight. There are many other reviews online about them being unqualified and ******** ******** for money.

    Reff. ********************

Please be notified that we have been trying to contact with *******. We called and the marketing person involved has sent her messages and she is not returning the call.

I looked at the messages between Johanly and the marketer and I don't see anywhere the marketer has said the student will get level 2.

However, I am working to get this sorted out.

    Thanks
