    I looked into taking a course from them. According to them you can take up to 1/4 of the course before deciding if you want to continue and be charged for the course. I sat in on one course (they said I could sit through 2 classes and let them know of I wanted to take the course). After sitting through one class, I decided it was not something I was interested in taking and told them I would not be taking the course. They said no problem and I was removed from the course. I never completed any assignments either. Now 2 years later, I have never received any call from them. I however received and email which stated my account hasn't been paid and I owed excess of 10k to VCAD. I tried calling them and left a voice mail. Again no contact from them. A few months later and I receive a 2nd 'warning' email from them that I owe money. I don't owe them anything. I feel like someone is either pretending to be the college and scamming me or the college is scamming me. Again, I never took any courses or received and course materials or instructional time. I simply was allowed to sit in on a class with zero obligation. I spoke to the enrollment person there after and told them I was not taking the course. They removed me from the list. I never received any further communication regarding the course. Now these two emails are super fishy. I don't need this c*** affe ting my credit and don't know what to do.

    I see that they sent a similar email 1 year ago. I responded to it and called and no one got back to me. Also, I withdrew within 7 days of my start date without completing any coursework and attending 1 or 2 classes. I was working 4 jobs and a single parent. I told them at the time that I was unable to fit the required course load into my schedule. I requested to withdraw and it was granted.

    I have never received any bill or tax slips. Which would be due February of each year while in school. I never received any as I was not enrolled. I have nit received any other communication. I did speak to someone and they said I owe and they cannot help me. Super argumentative and unhelpful.

    My son ********************* inquiries to VCAD mid year 2022. After inquiries, VCAD personnel keeps calling through my son's cellphone in irregular time and unexpectedly. My son has ASD (Autism) problem, and the way we saw the situation, VCAD personnel keeps bugging to persuade my son about this program. To tell the story short, we pay initial payment through paypal after conversation with ******************************* from *********. VCAD from ** sent a lot of document online to process, and yet we as parents still not comfortables about signing the papers online which as parents requires to sign since our son is still a minor although he graduated in *********** at ********** in Legacy SE Calgary, AB. As parents are reluctant to sign all the doc, few are signed but not entirely document because of the consequences. That time school class did not started yet, it was midyear of 2022. ****** went to class for three days only, i.e. 1st week of July 2022. I sent a letter of intent to withdraw from the class program on the same month, on the same week, ten (10) days before the official cutoff withdrawal. They sent us health & withdrawal forms etc. After months VCAD sent us a collection that ****** has an obligation to pay them. My son found out that so many young students also complained with the same scenario. I hope their case came to public to be heard. As parents this is very painful to our child and heartbreaking to other young kids who was victimize without knowledge and by taking advantage by them in some way.
