    Bought a generator off of him and he was supposed to install it. A number of issues after it was sold arose including:-customer offload -customer transport it -wanting to charge for consultation after the fact -numerous requests for hourly rate and he refused and wanted to charge full flat rate for a drastically reduced scope of work in the project -I have the original invoice that says 0 dollars to warranty register and he now he wont perform the job of registration

    ***********************, was a difficult customer right from the begining and has skewed the details with missing and inaccurate information.

    He bought the Generator and Transfer Switch  from us with the invoice dated Nov 08, 2023. I offered to deliver the Generator to his residence and at the same time decide on the best location. ***** declined delivery as he had no where to store it and asked if I can come to his residence first, which I obliged.After the site visit the best option was by the Electrical meter, he said he had to decide and a month later said yes. By then the snow had arrived and install would have to wait until spring.

    ***** elected to do the Propane pipe portion himself which was fine. I asked if he had a pole to mount the Transfer switch while he was there, a simple yes or no would have sufficed. He asked the price for the Electric and I gave him the Flat rate, he didn't like the price and demanded to know an hourly rate. I informed him we don't do hourly rates and he was free to hire his own Electrician. 

    Now 6 months later he has completed the ** connection and I offered to complete the install for the Flat rate of $2000. After some complaining and asking me why I wanted to charge him the typical rate when he has done so much of the job by unloading a pallet and putting a pole in the ground. I suggested he hire his own (hourly) Electrician. 

    Note. ***** has not paid a dime for any part of the site visit or installation so I'm not sure where the $8700 value comes from. He has the Generator, Transfer Switch and Pad in his possesion. I also informed him that I will Register the Generator for free on June 4, 2024, this was before the BBB complaint was filed ,so again lends to character.
