5 starsI had an awesome experience with 4-Star Electric. My appointment was originally set for Friday, but they called me today (Wednesday) and said they had time for me today instead, which was great!***** ***** was the electrician who came by and man, he was fantastic. He was so kind, concise, and walked me through everything he was doing. The quote was clearly laid out for me before he even started the work, and we discussed contingency plans should anything come up along the way unexpectedly. I felt very secure and assured in everything that was being done. ***** fixed up my outdoor light fixture and made it work again, cleaned up my cabling and conduit for my garage, and told me about impending issues I should prioritize. I also received a safety check (for free!) on my outlets, breaker panel, and smoke alarms.Absolutely exceptional service from ***** that made me certain that 4-Star Electric is the place to go for all my future electrical needs. This is one of the more positive experiences we have had with a repair. The electrician was professional, the work was done correctly, and the price was reasonable. The electrician was knowledgeable and professional. He explained everything clearly and completed the work efficiently.

Superior knowledge, very personable, amazing work! Everything they planned to do was clearly explained ahead of time. Pricing was done upfront, so that I knew exactly how much each of the tasks would cost. I added tasks that I had not initially requested, and that was no problem at all. I will definitely call 4 Star Electric for any future electrical needs.4-Star Electric Ltd.

Our electrician was knowledgeable and professional, he arrived as scheduled, did his work efficiently but wasnt too busy to answer a few questions. He provided pricing before starting any work and was generally, a pleasure to have on the job.
