    Ordered on ****/25. Received an email it was delivered on ****25. It was not delivered, I emailed on ***/25 that it was not received. Multiple emails and ** days later, they insist it was delivered, without providing proof of delivery and refuse to refund me

    I responded to the email I received today from ***, once again asking if I received the package and I responded that I did not and would like a full refund.

    I ordered a product and did not like it, but it made recurring orders. I was unable to stop it from my credit card and was advised to contact the company directly. This has happened 3 times already and they kept promising to stop communication/emails and has stopped the order yet continued to charge me 3 times. I am starting to think its a scam and I demand a refund.

    Apologies for taking a while to respond!

    ****** was told in August how to cancel the cores club subscription, and that the subscription had not been canceled, only the one specific order. (included in screenshot.) It seems the following emails were caught in an email loop, I've personally reached out to a support *** we have that will be emailing back shortly in order to return any unopened products and we'll be happy to refund them. We're also going to cancel the subscription on behalf of the customer.

    I ordered a product to help quit smoking. They shipped it out and it made it to *********************************** but then they returned it to sender. I emailed the company many many times and all I get is an automated email saying the will escalate the response. I asked for a refund to my credit card and again I was only told they would escalate the response. Then when I email again they say they can't refund because it was already shipped, even though it was already delivered back to them over a week ago. I paid $140.80 and still I have no refund and no response. I can't even find a phone number for them.

I have attached a screenshot of the email we sent to ensure we have taken care of this. We are committed to improving our processes and apologize for the delay.
