    On *** **** ** *******, I went to HUSH Lash Studios to get eyelash extensions. There was no pillow on the table I lied on and the lash tech pricked my eyelid with tweezers multiple times, which was making me feel increasingly more uncomfortable. I brought this to her attention by saying "I'm really uncomfortable, how much longer is left?" ** ******** ** **** ** ****** *** ******* ********** ** **** *** **** ******* ********* ** **** ****** *** ********* ** ****** ****** **** ***** * ****** **** **** ******** ***** ****). She said "only 15 minutes". This was not true, as I had to ask three more times to which I received the same response each time. When she pulled off the tape used for the service and pulled my eyelash with it, I cried out in pain which she didn't acknowledge. In hindsight, there was no hygiene measures taken in front of me or discussed with me such as washing hands or confirming that the bed had been cleaned, etc. She did not show me my lashes at the end of the service and took me to pay where I paid ******* before fully seeing my eyelashes. I cried in my car at the discomfort of the past 2 hours and seeing the result in my vehicle only made it worse. I drove directly from that location to their location in ********* (**************) and asked to have the lashes removed. The staff member there was infuriated seeing that each of my natural lashes had three false lashes stuck to them, which were weighing down and dropping into my line of vision, which can be seen in the attached photos. She removed the lashes and didn't charge me for the removal service. ****, the Hush Director, didn't show up to our scheduled call to discuss this. Once explained the issue she offered for me to get a lash set at a different location, which I denied since I was getting the set for an event that had come and passed. On *** ***** she said the owner would call me within "24-48 business hours," but I haven't heard from anyone since regardless of me following up.
