    Ive seen charges from my bank account that were not agreed upon and taking money that does not belong to them a few times. I was randomly charged 65$ at one time and when I got a second account I was charged inconsistently on different days and they werent exactly two weeks in between payment like advertised and sometimes was charged a couple bucks extra when billed and just yesterday I was charged another random 20$ without any explanation. There was a time where I was billed on the 4th and then the 8th of July even though that is not a two week difference. I understand they have an annual cleanliness fee of 50$ but they random 65$ fee occurred when it hasnt even been nearly a year yet since when I was first charged for it. Ive been charged about 10$ when I was paying for their 6.99$ membership so it came out to around 7.34$ with taxes but they still charged me extra sometimes. Overall Im complaining about the inconsistency in charging money and how much it is even though it should stay as the same amount every two weeks as they advertise.

    Fit4Less ****************** ******* charged me an annual fee out of the blue because they changed their policies and did not contact me in advance to notify me of the change. I pay for Fit4Less because I am a low income individual. I paid a one time membership fee upfront and my contract states I only pay monthly after that. Which has been happening since 2019. I checked my bank statements to confirm this history. When I called them to ask what it was, they told me that they changed their policies. That they no longer request a one time payment and that they only do annual payments going forward. They said I should have received an email about the change. Which I did not. No email or notice was sent to me. The contract I signed did not state I would have to pay annual fees. I feel they should have done better to notify their clients. Especially clients who have been with them for a long time. The man on the phone was rude and said "well that's what you signed up for when you chose Fit4Less and no you can't speak to the manager". I asked if I could have a refund and cancel my membership. He said no refund but I can cancel your membership. I am seeking a refund.
