    The business provides tiffin services, aka cooked food delivered to the door step. I initally did a 4 day trial and then signed up for the whole month for 265$ on oct 5 (payment screenshot attached). They deliver food on 6 days, and do not deliver on Saturdays as part of their policy.I paused their services for 4 days as I was away from home so that needs to be added onto the refund.The issue started on Oct 18 Wednesday when they failed to deliver food correctly. I found out next day only because usually my roommates put the food inside from the main door. I look at the food next morning for breakfast. To my surprise I didnt find anything. I asked my landlord to check for camera footage and found that the delivery person on Wednesday was a lady (not a guy as usual) and she put the food in backyard where there is no basement. There is only a sundeck, she didnt even bother putting it on the deck and left it in the grass in the corner of the backyard.When I complained over the phone to the business, they said they will reimburse me this time only and will not do it next time as they believe it is 50% my fault for not reporting it same day. There is no prior agreement regarding same day reporting. Besides they were supposed to deliver to front door like they always have for 10+ days. Their regular driver was sick. I told them I will not use their services after this pay period. I left a public review on ****** maps which made the owner furious and they only delivered on Friday after that and Saturday is the off day and I didnt get food today. They have not informed me of any refunds and have stopped delivering food. Screenshots of my review and the owner response is attached.I need my refund and an action taken against them for effectively withholding my money which is stealing.

    To begin with the response we apologize on behalf of Desi Hood Team and Management. It was clearly our fault that our temporary driver delivered the food at wrong door ( backyard as he said). It is the persons responsibility if they don't get their tiffin to call us and make sure why they didn't receive their tiffin for the particular day. He waited all the evening and night and called us next evening after 24 hours and we stated him that we have a policy of reporting the issue on same day that he was aware of the policy when he started his tiffin. He never called us the very same day, we told him over phone that we are ready to reimburse you for that tiffin cause of our mistake. Even though he was getting food those days that he mentioned in the complaint that he asked to skip.He jumped on social media to roast us just because we told him that it was his responsibility as well to call us the very same day that you didnt get your tiffin and we would have solved the issue right away. We stated that in our response on ****** review to send us the email to reimburse for that particular one day that he is complaining about. We were even ready to refund for the whole month (written in ****** response that I am including with this). He started calling out names to our staff by calling over and over and being furious and raging out on us thats when we stopped sending his tiffins. We reached out to him several times over the phone too and left voicemails to send us the email information to get his refund done but he never get back to us because he was busy defaming our business. He never showed up in our restaurant even though we asked so many times to solve the issue. At last, he is literally hiding half of our response on ****** that we left on stating that we want your email so that we can send your refund but he just wanted to show his side of the story and defame us. Instead of getting back to us he went on BBB which is very clear conflict of interest.

    I am rejecting this response because:

    It is completely fabricated, it was only one phonecall, I didnt call them names. I did not roast them on social media, it is an accurate & fair ****** maps review.

    I paid with debit card, they have my information. I received no voicemails or phonecalls from them. I will be going to court next since BBB cannot enforce anything. I tried BBB to mediate this and maybe they would go ahead and refund but they clearly want to beat around the ****. I have two witnesses who can attest to the one phonecall that I made, they were in the room with me.
