    Castle Maintenance has an extremely inefficient booking system. I have used them for years but recently they have two office departments that continually called me starting in July to book even though that I requested a call in late September. The ongoing calls continued and this borders on harassment. I made a booking a few weeks ago for duct and furnace maintenance for an 8:30 am November 12, 2024 service. When no truck appeared by 9 am I called the company and was treated rudely - I was told that a staff person who I have never spoken to must have screwed up. When I explained the booking had been made through the sales manager, I was told that the paper work wasn't submitted. I stated this wasn't good enough and then the other manager to whom I was talking to was rude and unapologetic. I then said I was finished with Castle Maintenance and would find another company. The manger ********* **** up on me. The overall way of dealing with customers needs much improvement. I will not use them again.
