    I had a new ******* furnace installed by Best In The West in late February 2024. I waited several months before providing this review because problems with "bag-ticket" items can take time to surface. I believe sufficient time has now passed for any problems to develop. I am please to say that I have had no problems with either its installation or its operation.This company has been doing my furnace/water heater maintenance work for a great many years. They have always completed their work competently. While doing regular maintenance work in February their technician noticed a crack in the heat exchange hardware. I went to the market to get quotes for a new furnace. My final decision came down to Best In The West and one other very reputable supplier in the ******* market. Both were very comparable in price and features. Because of my previous experience with Best In The West, I went with them.I was impressed with both the way the furnace installation was done and the staff doing the installation. That staff worked efficiently and effectively and the installation was done on time and within budget. If I had any questions before, during or after installation, my calls were answered promptly. I would rate Best In The West at 5/5 for the installation of my new furnace and for their on-going maintenance of my furnace/water heater needs.

    The Owner came around and offered to do the furnace cleaning and we agreed to it. After it was all finished and a couple days later we had questions about water collecting in the dryer vent. We tried calling him and leaving messages stating we have a question about something. He will not return our calls and even when we left one with the person that answered the phone the first time. His professional attitude to return calls a week ago. Doesn't care for the customers and not doing the job completely. Had to finish it myself. His worker just ran through everything. I will not be recommending this company to anyone that needs a furnace duct cleaning.
