    Furnace Limit switch burnt off causing furnace to turn off in middle of frigid temperatures. ***** quickly responded and came under 2 hours to get it up and running again. Second time I'm dealing with him and he has been very prompt and professional in both instances. Thank you *****.

    Great service and technician but almost $400 for after hours work (4:30)! Brutal expensive for 2 min of work and a $10 part.

    Hi *****! I'm sorry to hear that you didn't feel that you got the value you paid for from the emergency service call you asked for (same day service when we had a full schedule already). I'm also sorry you declined the regular time service call (next day!) or didn't indicate to us that cashflow was more important than your families comfort. We could have saved you $110 (difference between regular hours and after hours service call) and showed you how to clean your furnaces unique flame sensor (an additional savings of $100). I'm sorry that wasn't clear to you at that time.At Lancelot Furnace we strive to do our best to ensure our clients home are comfortable, and, in a timely fashion to meet their often busy schedules.
