5 starsWe recently had our vents cleaned by Springs and we were extremely pleased with our service. **** was pleasant and thorough when cleaning the ducts. He explained what he was going to do to us in a clear manner. He arrived and was finished on the time he estimated. Our house looked the same as before **** arrived. (But now with clean ducts) I would recommend this Company. We are also going to receive a new furnace next week from Springs Servicing. We were both very impressed when meeting with ******* **** in his knowledge and personable way he explained the about the different furnaces which assisted us to make our decision on which furnace to purchase.Review fromBruce N

Spring's Servicing arrived within the service window. The technician did a thorough job servicing both my Furmace and A/C. He discovered the heat exchanger on my furnace was failing - showed me pictures. When I asked whether the humidifier was working as I thought it wasn't, he got it working without charging me extra. I am thoroughly impressed with the service I receive from Spring's and that is why I return year after year for my HVAC needs. ***** ***** *******Spring's Servicing & Heating Ltd.

**** L.****** and Gio from Spring Heating did an excellent job to install the new furnace and answer some questions that I have. They also clean up after the job is done. One thing that surprised me ****** built a metal box and leave the manual in it. When thing happen you don't have to look over all the places try to find the manual; very thoughtful of him. 5 starsVery pleased with the fast service by **************** and Heating. This morning, I arranged to have my ducts cleaned by (***** my Furnace Guy for those of you who know him) and in the process he discovered a nasty oil leak coming from the furnace's blower motor. A quick call to Spring's resulted in a quote over the phone and confirmation of a technician to come to my house by noon. ***** arrived at 11:15 am with all the necessary parts and capable knowledge in hand. He worked quickly, efficiently and had the new blower motor, capacitor, and bracket installed within an hour. ***** was pleasant, a no nonsense guy with 20+ years of experience. His expertise shone through. Highly recommend **************** & Heating for your furnace and HVAC needs. It's easy to write a review like this as this local company has earner their positive reviews. Would definitely use them again.
