      Purchased a custom "********" sofa in April of 2023. Specfically stated while looking/testing in store models that I did not want a sofa that had the "*****" look, which is a new sofa that looks worn/stretched, as I find these types to look old and used and they are not my style. Was advised that this brand is customizeable and I could change seat cushions from feather to foam which would eliminate the streched look, so that is what I did. Was given access to fabric samples, advised I could pick any one of them, which I did ("******* *****). The sofa was delivered on May ****3, $******* The sofa was not sat on or otherwise "used" until November of 2023 when a TV was mounted in the room where it was. After a short while, it became obvious that anytime someone did sit on it (maybe *** times), the seat cushions left a puddle shape where their rear end had been, or, if they had they feet up on one side, there were indents from where their heels were. The fabric was clearly stretching with minimal use, and I emailed the manufactuer (within warranty period) and ****** on Feb **** about the stretched fabric, described the use as minimal (no kids, dogs or heavy people in the house), and stated that I was concerned that if the sofa looked like this after being sat on only a few times, what was it going to look like in the years to come? I attached pictures of the sofa showing puddling shapes on the seat cushions, and photos of my * year old also foam filled seat sofa that has zero stretching and a similar looking fabric.Between Feb **** and today I chased both companies for updates, ball got dropped on Bracko end as ******** wanted a fabric sample. ************* suggested it may have been my fabric choice, but they'd remake tighter seat cushions to resolve issue. I expressed concern that new covers are in same fabric, and might not match rest of couch. ******** says sorry, all we can do. Inquired about returning sofa, was told is not an option, but that is what I'm seeking.
