    Avalon Construction Ltd (Company) replaced the roof, pipes, etc for our house in ******* in 2020. The Project # is **** and completed on 2021******. A warranty certificate was issued, which consists of "* years labor (workmanship) warranty for the work performed by Avalon Construction".In July 2024, a downspout pipe was found being detached from the roof. Numerous calls have been made to contact the Company for warranty support but to no avail. After my *** call in August 2024, the Company finally replied me and the gentleman ***** asked for photos of the issues. I sent the photos to him but never get an update.On October *, 2024, I sent a final email to the Company, explaining my exhausting numerous calls to seek warranty support with no success and stated that I will look for third party support if the warranty is still not being honored within a week.
