October **24 I completed final payments and received the key of completed garage ***** build on my home back alley property. Rit from Sahi contracting was the managing contractor. I paid $****** with one year parts and labour warranty.The issue is no correspondence with **** since he had come by to look at my concrete pad . I first contacted him on December ***** after a month of snow fall in November. I sent photos of the deteriorating concrete apron and pad. the area of the pad was against the garage door on the east side where I was parking the car and moister was sitting around by the garage door. He had asked If I applied salt to the concrete and I said no. He said he would contact me in a month to follow up as he was going to contact Lafarge.Since then up to today I had repeatedly texted, phoned, emailed and called, emailed and written request on website of company. No response. I had also reached out on the man door issue. the frame is not straight so the door could not be opened during the colder months. I sent video and photos of that issue February **24.He also did not respond to that concern. Both no communication and no discussion on what the resolution for the apron and uneven eroded concrete. and man door. One month of snow...moisture had eroded the apron and pad near the garage door. It looks like it's ** years old. And Door sticking to the frame.They had been addressing issues during the process of the garage so surprised they dropped the ball once there were issues to tweak during the warranty year.If they are willing to replace the apron and damaged interior pad section area and sealant the pad. I am not seeking money for hiring and material. cost to fix it.Business Response

We have not hear back from them yet.

**** had built a garage for us in 2023 - We had outlined several issues with the build and followed up recently to get an answer on the warranty work - Two emails sent, multiple calls and nothing was returned - Our framing is crooking within the garage - we had mentioned this to the trades when done - Multiple pieces of wood were split in installation, crooked framing all the way through - We had mentioned throughout the process and not one person was able to resolve - We had several issues with the state of the garage when the work was done - Work was not cleaned up, electrical was ran in the wrong place where they needed to dig a second time, door thresholds were not installed correctly - This was a constant issue with the owner, it took forever to get the door looked at, and again nothing was done with the framing - fast forward 2024 - we had followed up again to get an answer - *********** refuses to get back to us - From the start the craftsmanship was terrible followed by terrible customer service - We are elderly and retired, and did not know how else to handle this - all we want is our framing to be installed correctly. and we still cannot get an answer - Not once did the company send someone out to verify this - we were ignored when mentioned - Terrible terrible situation for people to deal with who put their trust in this company. Thank you for reaching out to **. We apologize for any inconvenience this situation may have caused.
We want to clarify that we went above and beyond the terms of the contract to ensure your satisfaction. For instance, when you raised concerns about the door, we opted to replace it entirely with a new one rather than continuing to repair the old one. Additionally, the studs used in your garage construction were of the highest quality ****** grade).
The garage project was completed in JulyAugust 2023, and as outlined in our agreement, we provide a one-year workmanship warranty. Unfortunately, the issue you reported on October **, 2024, falls outside of this warranty period.
In your email, you mentioned that the damage to the studs occurred while attempting to install tire racks, which caused them to crack. Please note that we cannot be held responsible for any misuse of materials or damage caused by homeowners after project completion.
That said, as a gesture of goodwill, we are willing to assist by sending someone over to replace or reinforce few of the studs at our earliest availability. This courtesy service is offered with respect to your status as an elderly and retired couple. We will notify you via email once we have scheduled the visit.

I got my garage build with them in April, 2024. With the rain season, i notice water coming through the man door. I email them couple of times to come and fix the issue. After multiple email, they came one day without letting me know and assuming that i will be there. Fortunately i was at home. The guy did work around and suggested me to buy silicon/rubber door water stopper. I said that it is still under warranty and i should not be paying for it. So he applied some workaround and left. Next day with little rain, water again came into garage and i email Rit immediately with picture. He said he is come by which he never did. I email them again on when they will come to fix and no response from them yet. The water came again with little snow on Monday Oct **.Business Response

Sahi contracting quit and broke a written contract. I did pay for each work performed. i hired a inspector and due to bad quality of the garage building and many issued reported by inspector and city inspector. **** decided to stop the work. I have to find other garage builder to finish the work. now **** is asking for money and threat me with lawyer and lien because I put a 0 stars in a ****** review. during construction they vandalism the construction as well. Hello,
Please find attached screenshots of the email communication between the customer and our team. We made numerous efforts to collaborate with the customer, including in-person visits, phone calls, and emails. However, during each of our visits, **** consistently disrupted our team while they were performing their tasks and majority of our crew members and subcontractors refused to work at their site. This is reflected in the email chain, where you will also see that we addressed all of ****** concerns.
As of today, **** still owes us payment for the work we completed at their property.

I am rejecting this response because:they are *****. they quit the job and contract because i hired my own inspector and city of ******* inspector made them repair many things due to bad construction practices.
there are emails, inspector reports and pictures.
i have proof documents that they did not fix at all all deficiencies asked by city of ********
as soon as they quit i find people with professionalism and good skills to complete my needs. then the project was done at my satisfaction. with not problems.
i can not wait until Sahi wants to complete my project , not after they said they quit.
i paid as soon as they complete tasks, and it was done like that.
i learned how this business works and it just matter of money. it doesnt matter if you are good o bad doing your work.

if I show you the prove that sahi did not fix city of Calgary inspection report , sahi will do vandalism at my home. as i have experience with sahi they did it before during construction of the garage.
how can I make sure you handle this information confidentially.
now, with this winter time, I am having issues with the garage (gaps in the construction and frozen concrete wall). I have to fix myself and keep sahi out of my property.
