    Nightmare!! and absolute nightmare to have to communicate with this group. It all started when they accepted to work on our bathroom. In February of 2025 they were set to start work on the project on the day of the start they called and said the laborer is sick so they scheduled us for the same weekend which we agreed. When the day came they said that the vanity we had selected had not arrived so we compromised on another option. The demolition did not start until March 1 st where it took the worker just less than an hour to rip everything off and even ended up damaging the toilet which we had told them we wanted to keep. He mentioned he would be back in the afternoon to finish the work as the wood needed drying. We did not hear from him after that. I called ****** and he could not get a hold of him either, instead of trying to remedy the situation he refused to accept blame for the incompetence of his workers and lack of commitment to his deadlines. The only thing we got back was our deposit, which he at first refused to fully refund. No apologies, no re-imbursements for damages. Now I am left to find someone to finish the job they could not.

    VENKOR GROUP is an excellent company to deal with. They built my garage with absolutely no issues. All their tradesman were excellent, polite and professional. ******* worked and kept us updated on the complete build. If you need a garage built I would recommend this company without hesitation. AND they were great with the price.*************************** **********

    Venkor, and *******, were awesome to deal with. First the cement guys ******* and his crew were sitting out in the hot sun waiting and touching up for the cement to cure before the left, then the construction of the garage was seamless and fast. They were all very nice and friendly and answered all of our questions even if they were dumb ones. They were also the best price out there, quality work from a great bunch of people. Highly recommend.
