    A contractor installed quartz from this company. They put a seam in the smallest piece when there was no need, and it was rough and uneven. I never saw them template but guessing the contractor did for them and was a big part of the problem. Not even five days use, and there are stains on it we can't get out (tea, ketchup). Tea mug was only on counter for a second when I went to wipe away. We can't believe it! Powder room countertop was mismeasured to the point the door barely opens so we had another quartz company come in. He knew right away where we got the quartz. Not a month later, we are adding quartz to an upstairs bathroom and I ask that installer to look at the kitchen and see if there could be repairs or if we need to replace. I told him it was TCE Stone and he laughed and said, "Totally Crappy Eh?" Apparently he removes a lot of it! No longer working with either the contractor or TCE so just ******* ** ** *** replacing it all.
