    I'm submitting this request to have a Luxe Du Jour collection removed from my credit report because it is invalid.On July 27th, 2023, I ordered Damier Ebene Canvas ************* Kensington order number LO-4026 from Luxe Du Jour. On August 22nd, 2023, I picked up the parcel from ***************** and on the same day, I contacted Luxe Du Jour immediately after I received the wrong tagged bag,to which Luxe Du Jour requested that I provide them with pictures and submit a claim through *********************** denied my claim and requested to have the merchant open a claim with them to investigate further, as Canada Post didnt believe that there was merit to their claim. However, I still tried to work with the seller for a few months without any resolution. It wasnt until November 8th, 2023, that I opened a dispute with my credit card company, which requested supporting documentation to investigate my claim.Once the credit card company concluded their investigation, they ruled in my favour and reversed the charges. The credit card company requested that I use the Luxe Du Jour prepaid return label to send back the wrong-tagged bag received and take a lot of pictures in the process.The next thing I know is that after over a year, I'm getting contacted by a collection agency asking me to pay money back for merchandise which was sent back to the merchant. Even after relating all this history to the collection agency, this was unsatisfactory to them. They still recorded a collection against my credit report.Based on the information provided in this letter, I'm requesting to have the collection removed from my credit report as it is invalid and the merchant doesn't further contact me

    I participated in an online sales event they held. I saw an item (******) I was interested in purchasing. I asked was the price US dollars ($3500) and was told yes. I agreed to the purchase and made arrangements to layaway the item. I sent the seller my deposit via ***** ($1100) per the terms of layaway agreement I contacted the seller to make full payment on the remaining balance to receive my item. I was provided the invoice and paid the remaining balance based off of what was originally stated the price was. After making the payment the seller stated I still owed because the invoice they sent they didnt converted it into US dollars, and the additional amount requested was more than the total cost initially provided and agreed to. Also the listing stated the item would come with the dustbag and didnt. They are not responding to my email or Instagram messages. I have screenshots of all posts and conversations.

    The customer paid the invoice in CAD, they were given a price in USD. For example, they paid $1100, we gave them an invoice for $2300 CAD, we requested they pay the remainder because $2300 CAD does not equal $2300 USD. We simply asked for the full USD payment to be received. We also sent her the dustbag for the item but she is saying its not real. ****** has changed their dustbag 5 times in the past 10 years, the dustbag we gave her matches the dustbag for the year of the bag.
