The installers from flooring superstores were great, excellent job, no mistakes, fun to be around I especially liked how well they cleaned up after their work was done Would definitely use them again

Flooring Superstore ******* NE was the sub-tradewho installed my LVT flooring for our new home built in September 2021. The flooring was unacceptable prior to possession. First, the floor was installed in the wrong direction in one room, as we requested no transition strips. They came out and reinstalled the flooring in the correct direction, but there were pieces that were physically missing chunks, and others were bent up on the ends from anywhere 1/8 of an inch to 1/4 of an inch. In the rest of the house, there were over 40 pieces broken on the ends. We had them come twice to try and fix the broken pieces, but that only make it worse, as now the whole flooring piece was raised up as they cut the edges off to make them fit back in the hole and glued them down which now raised the piece above the rest of the floor. We called other flooring companies including other Flooring Superstores to ask how the floor should have been fixed and they agreed it was an incorrect way to fix a floating floor. They should not glue down a floating floor. The pieces are broken, they click every time you step on them. It is very frustrating as it has been 10 months and we still have no resolution on our floors. They said they would give us some new flooring and ome money back, but we have the flooring and we opened one box and the top one was broken on the side, and we have never seen any money back from our installation and that was promised in February 2022. They have walked away from the warranty and we are fed up with them and are working on taking them and the builder to small claims court. I would not recommend Flooring Superstore NE ******* to anyone as they do not stand behind their product or their workmanship. The one star is for ******* as she was wonderful at helping up make choices.Flooring Superstores

There were some concerns with the product and it was resolved by getting you the replacement of a new product whereas the money was returned to the builder.
