      Unfair Termination of Membership I am writing to express my concern and disappointment regarding the recent termination of my membership at gymvmnt I brought my 7-year-old daughter to the gym for the first time. I was unaware that doing so violated any gym policies, as I was not informed of any such restrictions at the time of registration or during our visit I was shocked to learn that my membership was terminated without any warning or an opportunity to discuss the matter. To make matters worse, I believe that staff misrepresented the situation, which further contributed to this decision. This lack of transparency and fairness has left me feeling disrespected as a loyal member 52 location has the rudest staff unprofessional people loud personal trainer talking about personal stuff wasting time instead of training and dont forget to mention the manager who was soooo eager to take actions and terminating my contract

      Not Recommended !! I am writing to express my deep disappointment and frustration with the services provided by HER GYMVMT** ******* ******** ******** branch. My experience with gym has been nothing short of disheartening due to the false terms and deceptive practices that were employed during the contract initiation process. Upon joining HERGYMVMT, I was assured of certain terms and conditions that, unfortunately, turned out to be completely inaccurate. It is disconcerting to realize that the information provided during the contract signing was misleading and did not accurately represent the services and commitments I was entering into. I must emphasize the importance of transparency and honesty in any contractual relationship. It is deeply disappointing to find a business that fails to uphold these basic principles. This lady (Utah) made me sign the contract on the spot without providing them time to discuss or reconsider their decision and they ask me to do a digital signature, scrolling the contract on screen which does not allow me to read thoroughly all terms and condition before signing and while doing so she was keep on telling me that it states the same thing what we've discusses discussed , I particularly remember stating month on month membership in which PT session was complimentary but I recently discover that she got me signed up for yearly contract which has Personal training cost $650 which was never disclosed to me. I was told to pay just a biweekly membership dues of ~$25.59. They technical put me on EMI kind of setting where whether I use PT service or not the money will be deducted upon requesting to cancel the PT sessions they are asking me to pay ~$350 to get that cancelled. ***** ****** * ***** !! Unfortunately, my experience with HERGYMVMT was AWFULL, and I feel compelled to share my disappointment with others who may be considering joining your establishment. I feel deceived and betrayed. Its a trap please be careful.
