    We had been looking to replace an aging gas furnace and had many companies come out to quote. In almost every case the people who came out were strictly sales people pushing replacements that maximized the companies margins. The exception was ****, from RJ Savoie, who would also be doing the work. **** came out on a weekend and provided a competitive quote. In the end we decided to go forth with ****, due to pricing, quality of the product, and most importantly his invaluable experience. The work was done as scheduled and done professionally. Now we have a new 80k BTU ***************** furnace and are looking forward to the upcoming Winter.

    I hired RJ Savoie Inc. to replace my furnace and installing by Rick ****** on August 17, 2022. After installed a new furnace and got paid, RJ Savoie Inc. did not apply the permit to be inspected by the city ** ******* (contract was installing the furnace and get the permit from the city and was agreed by Rick Savoie at the beginning). I phoned, texted and left messages but no answer. After sending a message telling that I would acting to sue his company then I got a message from Rick ****** telling "You will be notified when the permit is issued an then you can call for an inspection." Today is September 2, 2022 and there is no sign of the permit. Also, he did not answer my text message when I ask for the waiting time. Surely, the way of his acting is very unprofessional. Also to be noted that the permit fee to paid the city is $150 and was including in the deal. He does not care or honor his waranty if there is any going wrong later. Hopefully my experienced with the RJ Savoie Inc. would help someone in the future.
