He was advertising on Kijiji, had him do furnace replacements at two properties in Oct. of 2022.Had issues with both and was forced to engage other furnace contractors to address the problems. *************** ** ********* ***** **** *****  - Supply and install used Carrier HI furnace with humidifier. Installation Oct. 6th - Took credit card payment ********. Complained of overpayment **** was refunded Oct. 8th Oct. 23 - Furnace stops working, 24th **** visits and addresses issue/furnace working Dec. 5 - Furnace stops working, **** attends Dec.6 / gets it going.Dec. 14 Complain to **** humidifier not working. He promises to come by several times but never does.Dec. 19 Furnace stops again, call **** he does not respond. Call ***************, they respond/ repair issues and note concerns with installation. Charge $******. **** ***** ********** ******* ************ ******** ** *** ***** ******************* ** Oct. 27 Estimate/Invoice *****. Supply and install used refurbished ****** HI, new General Aire Humidifier and new evaporation coil for future AC. Oct. 28 - ***** payment Nov. 2nd Install evaporation Coil **** Nov. 2nd - Etransfer for **** to **** Tone Nov. 7th Complaint from tenant water leaking from furnace. This continues for the next 2 ******************** comes by a couple of times.Dec. 7th - Complaint from tenant water leaking from furnace. **** says condensation pump, addresses issue.Dec. 20 Complaint from tenant furnace blowing cold air. Tenant moves out.Dec. 21 **** attends says furnace running but only on low speed Dec. 22 I bring in ****** expert **** ******* *** *********** ***** ******* **** ** ********* must be replaced. Notes numerous installation issues. **** sourcing new furnace, commits to replace furnace next day.Dec. 23 9:32AM **** states - Picking up new furnace and on the way. Last communication, he does not return calls or txts. Tried to contact him numerous times, he does not respond. File insurance claim, they take over. House is frozen no water supply. Tenant moves out. Adjuster sets up space heaters, has *********** replace furnace at my expense **********Dec. 29 - Tenant moves back in, I provide **** compensation Payments for furnace repairs: ******** ******* ******* ****** *********** * ******* *********** ******** ********* ********** * ****** ***** **** ** ******************************** ******** ******** * ***** * ********* *** *** ******** ************ **** ******************************** ******* *** ** **** ** *** ******* ******** ***********************************

    Mr. ********* complaint is, in our view, malicious in nature and very selective with what facts he is presenting. The language used is inflammatory and Unfortunately, ******************** has chosen to pursue legal actions prior to his making a complaint with the BBB, *** *** ******* *** ******* ** *** ** ******* ******* ** **** ****** ***** ** ** ****** *** ******. We will mention however, that the customers own insurance company was not cooperative and refused to provide us with any of the information we requested in order to process any warranty claims.

    I am rejecting this response because: ******************* attempts to deflect reality/facts to distract from the truth.   It is my experience that every word he speaks must be corroborated.  **** states that I have chosen to pursue legal action.  This is not true, has he received a statement of claim, what evidence does he had to support this?   There is none, ask him to provide this evidence and evidence of any and every statement he makes.

    **** states his counsel has advised him not to comment while this matter is before the courts.  I have not filed a statement of claim, * ***** ** *** ********  Please ask for proof of this.   I suspect he says this again to deflect the fact, he has no real defense to these allegations.   

    As stated, I have not pursed legal actions yet, but **** can be absolutely certain that if he does not contact me with an offer of compensation, I will eventually engage counsel and file a statement of claim.
    This has been very costly; I will not rest until there is an appropriate resolution.

    Invoice **** 25/02/22 Confirmation email 2022-06-07 that product "has arrived at the wholesaler". ******************* has not provided product.. No communication since July 12, 2022. It was brought to my attention from a reputable company that the work that was done was not to code. **** has been ignoring my repeated requests to return my deposit of $960.00 for months. Also goes by South Western Gas Limited.
