They are excellent at what they do.

  If I could give 0 stars, I would ..Horrid, the builders had an issue with me being a single female. Things were brought to their attention on day 1 of the walk through and they later tried to tell me I had scratched the floor, even though I had waited a whole month to move in for them to have things fixed. When they tried to plan the trades day it was a total disaster and they were telling me I had to be there on multiple different days. Not doable to take all that time off work. They would avoid doing the work because, the wanted the time to run off. I had to kick off the Manager from my property as he had no regard for single females and was very condescending,. There was an electrical issue that was brought to their attention multiple times and they choose not to fix it again and again it was ridiculous. The driveway had to be re poured as they had a bad batch and when the contractors came out and sealed it, it had rained the next day so the seal had not stayed on. They refused to come back to fix the job. BIG BIG BIG waste of time. Do not have anything build by them unless you want frustration. Oh and I had a window bow, they refused to fix that as well. Instead they just tried to do a short cut job by placing trim around it. Looked Horrid.

  Terrible terrible terrible home builder. Buyer beware!If you are spending hundreds of thousands of dollars, go to any other builder. Excel will take your money and ignore your concerns, try to avoid doing what is right, and leave you hanging. Terrible customer service. Awful workmanship. Have had issues with it home side day one moving in November 2021. Advised the issues to excel since day 1 and still waiting for a resolution.

  Excel is bad ?????????????? I signed the agreement to build new house on October 2021 and it was supposed to be delivered in eight to ten months, from but now it's been thirteen months, and every month they saying it will be next month this ongoing was from December than November than January and finally they said February 8 2023 but today they told me it will be ready on April or may I already told my landlord we are moving out and he already signed agreement with another tenant who will move in on end of February :-( on other hand we locked good mortgage on 2% rate till September 2021 and now is 6% percent or even more bad discussion I will have to say sorry to my family who were so excited for our new home but not anymore with this situation

  Purchased our home in December of 2020 and have had nothing but issues since. From major cracks in the basement that new home warranty said they had to fix (which they refuse to) to leaking windows when it rains, snow/frost build up in winter to the point where all our window ***** have bubbled (concerned for a mold issue now) the major one is the concrete pad. I've never seen concrete work so terrible. Our neighbour's had the main ***************** over and ***** told our neighbors that our pad needs to be replaced and to get in touch with him. To date, no one answers our phone calls, text messages or emails. Don't say you're going to fix something and then ignore your customers who paid a lot of money for crappy work. I'm more disappointed from the customer service then I am about all the problems. I do not recommend these builders to anyone.

  Wish the construction team or tradesmen would be as good as the design team. Lots of defects and complaints for a new house and each time with different excuses.I would not recommend this builder
