    My journey with Amit ****** and Fine Spaces has been nothing short of a harrowing ordeal, compelling me to share this cautionary narrative with prospective clients. The breach of contract has left an enduring mark on my life, prompting a call for vigilance when considering engagements with Amit ****** and Fine Spaces. Amit ****** failed to honor the contractual agreements that form the backbone of any professional relationship. This, in turn, inflicted immense distress and turmoil upon me. As I recount my experiences, I do so with the utmost urgency, urging individuals to exercise the highest degree of caution when contemplating business ventures with Amit ******, a realtor with ****** ***** ** ****** and proprietor of Fine Spaces. To underscore the gravity of my assertions, I come armed with a trove of well-documented evidence, a weighty testament to my financial losses that have soared beyond a staggering $250,000. This ordeal trained my financial resources and cast a shadow of indebtedness upon my relationships with friends and family, depleting my hard-earned retirement savings. Even five years after the breach of contract Amit ****** persists in eluding accountability within the confines of the legal system including changing the company name from **** ********** to Fine Spaces. Despite my earnest attempts to amicably resolve our discord outside the courtroom, my endeavors were met with unwavering resistance. This review will only allow for a maximum number of words so will share just a few examples of what transpired: A $13,000 propane bill that shows some delivery to another building project (refusals to hook up an electrical panel), no permit pulled for the garage resulting in incorrect engineering, stolen lumber, a redo of the entire HVAC system installed, redo of roof and flooring due to the home being exposed to elements for extensive periods of time. My journey with this builder has been marred by profound financial loss and an ongoing legal saga.
