    Stay away from Genesis. Terrible, once the contract is signed you will see a totally different behavior . Don't fall for the slight different between them and other builders, you will pay the difference in build quality and the high margin of the upgrades (those upgrades are standards with other builders, so do your math)

    The positives **** and ****** were great to deal with The negatives the home built was terrible quality and a comedy of errors absolute amateur hour with rude trades people that did poor quality work. ****** was there site supervisor and initially seemed supportive but after having multiple issues with the same repair it became apparent they had 0 intention or ability to provide a quality product I would avoid genesis like the plague buyer beware

    Absolutely stay away from Genesis!!! The prices are competitive which lead me to booking a home with them that was "completed", or I should probably say I had to close on Dec - 2022.At that time they still had some items they needed to get through but assured me these would be done right away.I had a tenant move in this week and still:- 2 stand up showers have no glass - bathroom mirror is missing - closets have no rods - windows are missing screens - pantry has no shelving these are things if they actually gave a sh*t about customers they could punch out in a day!I'll ask the tenant for some pictures and update this when I receive them.

    Worst Builder. Buyer Beware. I asked how they vetted their trades and was told, " not to worry about it". What else can I say. The problems I have had are shocking and am now going through Travelers warranty after three years for the envelope of my home. The fact that Genesis is not accredited speaks volumes.
