    I had the opposite experience of the reviewers here. First off, before the employee had even visited the property he was fishing for answers like: how soon we were looking to sell(how desperate are we); if the list price had room to move, to which I responded I didn't negotiate over the phone, which he claimed he wasn't. He then phoned after the agreed-upon viewing time to say he forgot about the appointment so I accommodated him by waiting another hour. When he arrived, he barely spent 5 minutes viewing the home, making obvious hemming and hawing before saying they would buy but it would be a gut job. Then it was a blatant low ball negotiation tactic by showing properties that had sold at our list price that had been renovated. But it wasn't a direct comparison - they were homes not as convenient to all the amenities that we have; the foundations were 30 years older; the homes were smaller. After repeatedly asking him to spitball a number and/or submit an offer in writing he just kept ************************* so I had to repeatedly ask him to leave. He then phoned back the next day ** ****** me about MY BEHAVIOR. Unprofessional to the nth degree. I'd leave a zero star review if I could. Steer clear.
