This company is bad. They literally made my place go into foreclosure. They stopped calling me , left me in the dark , had no idea what was going on with my house . Ive called and called , left voicemails , emails , text messages . And nothing I signed the contract and was supposed to be paid out . They were going to purchase my property for ******

    Business Response

**** ***** called us from our website.
We structured an offer to purchase subject to financing and walkthroughs. **** asked for a purchase price at $80,000.00. We accepted but made it clear we will have to do our due diligence, walk through the property and ultimately purchase only subject to financing.
After extensive efforts, we were not able to achieve financing on the property, and furthermore were told the value of the property will be far less than $80,000.00.

We sent the Non-Waiver of Conditions as standard protocol to inform **** ***** of the scenario.

The property was already in the foreclosure process before she called us, she asked us to purchase it to stop the foreclosure process.

Even though we could not achieve ********** purchase price, ****** outstanding balances of Taxes owed and mortgage balance due in full resulted in an up-side-down equity scenario. Essentially the debt is worth more than the house.

With ****** direct consent and permission, we conversed with the lenders lawyer directly to determine if there was a more adequate solution. We asked if the lender would reduce their payout instead of them having to waste time on the market, and overall likely accepting a lower price regardless. They unfortunately decided to proceed with the foreclosure. How can I make their decision?

In the future it seems like it will be beneficial for Mrs. ***** and her family to seek legal advice on these matters, build a relationship with realtors who may help, and work to find mortgage brokers / lenders who will work with them privately.

We as a company are happy to recommend such realtors / mortgage brokers and lawyers we have successfully worked with in the past in good faith should she wish so.

Based on the facts, it is our belief that the contract is not up for dispute, and all legal and ethical protocols have been followed diligently in this transaction.

****, we are sorry to see you in the situation and wish you and your family all the best.
