I bought a pair a speakers from the company through their website on august 10 2022. I received defective speakers. I contacted the customer service by email to return them. They sent me a return shipping label. I shipped back the speakers. They received it august 29 2022. Since then, they havent refunded me my money. The customer service agent is asking me for photos, videos and a detailed description of why the speakers are not working. I told the agent that the speakers have distorted audio. The agent told me that they need a more detailed description of the issue. I told the agent that I am not an audio engineer. I cannot provide more details on the issue. I am just an end user. No where on their website it says that when returning a defective product, the customer has to provide pictures, videos or a detailed explanation of the issue. All I want is a full reimbursement. Purchases 12 tv's with 5 year extended warranty on all of them on May 13 2019. One of the 75" tv's are not working. I at this time have still not heard back from them.Below is a timeline of the efforts on my part to have Vision repair/replace the tv:July 30 - sent message to vision warranty with pics and video in regards to proscan 75"Aug 3/4 Talked with warranty after not getting response email for 5 days...finally transferred me to ******.****** advised needed to talk to ******* in ****** and ** tech in ******* to see if can fix tv.Aug 5 - A1 replied they do not service the ****** area.Aug 6 - Talked to ******* at ******* on phone said they do not service ****** but would attempt to triage through video.Aug 16 - After chasing ******* for a number of weeks she advised the parts to fix are not available. They were sending report to extended warranty vision Aug 19 - called ****** ext#*** left message that going on now for over 3 weeks and would like to resolve Aug 23 - 10:30 am still no response new message left with ****** 2:45 pm still no response new message left with ****** Aug 24 - 12:30 pm still no response new message left with ****** 12:45 sent message to Vision Electronics Customer service Aug 25 - 1:30pm email sent to warranty vision in regards to seeking help from the BBBBusiness Response

I purchased a tv and stereo from the *************** store approximately 3 years ago. I purchased an extended warrantee for $500. This stereo quit working and i tried to get it fixed or replaced under the warrantee . It is approaching 5 months since I took it in to their authorized repair center. I have made numerous attempts to find out what is happening with my stereo. The local store says head office are the only people who can help me. I have tried to contact them, it is impossible. Someone needs to contact me and honor the warrantee ASAP>Business Response

hi this complaint is about a cordless phone i bought from vision electronics (******************************************************, **********), which was purchased 7/18/2022. the web order number is *********.after purchasing this product and using it for a day or so, i quickly realized the the battery life for both of the two handsets was woefully in adequate. after comparing the batteries provided with what was meant to be included according to the manual, it is obvious that batteries provided did not match the manual and are of a lower amperage. i now can not use these phones at all due to the poor battery life.after contacting vision electronics by email and by telephone call, they are unwilling to send me the correct batteries, nor are they allowing me to send back the product for a refund. the reason they give for not allowing me to send it back is that i no longer have the original packaging material and point me to the fine print that i should of read prior to making my purchase. i am now left with this phone which is useless to use and am out for the cost of $65.54. this is obviously not fair, and the lack of original packaging should not totally disqualify me from sending this product back for a refund. i have purchased many products for many different online stores, but have never been left stuck with no options as is the case now with vision electronics. any help with this issue would be greatly appreciated thanks!Business Response

My parents purchased a ********** from Visions Electronics along with the warranty. Within one year the tv stopped working which was this ****. On **** **, their tech came and took the tv with him. I never heard back from them and we kept calling for update and were told they are waiting for parts. After 3 weeks yesterday they brought the tv back but now it has an issue with not connecting to internet. Before the screen went black and now I have screen working but no network on it. This tv is only a year old. They told me they will come back after 4 days it has been two days already and I still have no news. I have been speaking with **** at Visions Electornics, his direct number is ************. He has been giving me a run around. He tells me he will call me back but never calls me back. I am rejecting this response because: They came on *** ** ** ** I don't remember exactly now. They installed the tv which they assured me was fixed. After I used it I found out that it dies to connect to the internet anymore. They fixed screen and now they caused another issue. I cannot use ******* or ******* without the network. Even though I am paying for ******* now I cannot use it. The technician left saying he will order the lart and come back in four days but he has since disappeared. I spoke with ***** who told me I will come friday to install another card to fix the issue temporarily but he never came.they claimed to resolve issue in 6 to 8 weeks but as I am a witness of not fully functioning tv **** **** ** * **** It has been so much over that timeframe and my tv is still not 100% functioning.

They never got the tv fixed. When the tv was brought back it has a network card issue and was not connecting to internet. They took it back for further repair. I ended up spending another ***** out of my pocket to buy another TV.

Pur*****d a new TV and told clerk that I was using my **** card as it would double my warranty to two years. ***** said not to bother as Visions automatically doubled my warranty to two years at no cost, so on his advice I used a different method of payment.Now I am getting spammed with several emails a week from Visions, which I do not want and did not sign up for. I went to 'unsubscribe' from the email list only to be informed that if I did unsubscribe, that Visions would revoke my warranty extension. My so-called free warranty extension through Visions is actually at the cost of receiving hundreds of unwanted emails for the next two years. This is NOT acceptable.Business Response

I am rejecting this response because: This is corporate jibberish, nothing more. I was instructed NOT to use my **** Platinum card, was NOT told about needing to be subscribed to a newsletter, and I also did NOT sign up for a newsletter. I'm not sure if the anti-spam legislation applies here or not, but I'll check.Had I been asked to sign up for a newsletter, I would have declined. Had I been told that it was required to validate a warranty that I was already getting for free elsewhere, I would have certainly used my **** card.
This warranty was not entered into in good faith by Visions. You can't tell me after the fact that you are imposing conditions on me for what I was told was free - but I guess you will still try to.
My business is an **** merchant through *****, so I'll bring this up with them as well.

In 2018 I purchased a ** OLED 65" ** from Visions ***************. Prior to purchase I enquired about the risk of 'burn in' as I had read about this being a problem with OLED **'s. The salesman advised me to purchase their Visions Extended warranty as this would cover me against 'burn in'. At no time was any actual policy or conditions of this warranty shown to me prior to the purchase nor were there any signs posted about it in store. I the proceeded and purchased the ** and warranty. The warranty is also very expensive compared to any other store. Now 4 years later I have severe burn in as diagnosed by ********* ******* who are Visions repair provider. Visions now refuse to honor what the extended warranty as their policy apparently excludes 'Burn in' y sold me. Visions corporate tell me I should have read the back of my receipt where the warranty conditions are detailed. No one ever told me this before until now. How can it be good business practice to have a policy only available to the customer AFTER purchase and it is in extremely small print. The salesman sold me the warranty on the basis it would cover 'burn in' and I assume he was trained properly by Visions. Visions are exploiting poor business practice and quite frankly deceiving customers. All I want is my ** repairs as sold to me.Initial Complaint

I bought a 65" ** for $598 on Sept 4th, 2021 and 5-yr extended warranty $159.99. The sales told me at the time that the ** can be replaced or repaired if it's damaged by my kids. My tv was damaged. I went to store to ask if this can be repaired, another sales told me that they don't repair it if it's owner's fault, which is not what I was told when I was pitched into buying such warranty. I asked if the remaining 5-yr extended warranty can be refunded if they aren't repairing or replacing it, and since technically it hasn't even started effective until after 1 year (it's not even 10 months since I bought the tv) and it's not covering anything if the product is not working, the sales never looked into my eye the whole time talking to me telling me that's not possible.
