    We had the asphalt roofing replaced at our property *** ********** Run by ********** Developments. The contract was signed on August *, **** and the work took place shortly thereafter. The contract included a ** year workmanship guarantee.We began experiencing water damage in a main floor bedroom, water leaking into a main floor bedroom. The ceiling was damaged and ********** contacted to address the issue.********** has met with us a few times, sending employees out to determine where the leak was occurring and communicating a plan to make the repairs. When the employees left, they told us they would discuss with ********** owner ***** ******** and get us scheduled in for repairs. This last conversation was Oct **, 2024. Numerous calls and texts have been placed with ********, he has not returned a single call. I caught him on cell phone in November 2024, he assured me they would address the issue and to call him once the recent snowfall cleared from the roof so they could do the work. Despite many attempts to reach him he does not respond. I have read online reviews of ********** where he simply ignores all calls to address defective workmanship.I need these repairs done, it is clear he will not honour his warranty so I am reaching out to you for assistance.The cost of the roof shingles and labour was approximately $****** dollars. I paid the deposit promptly as well as the final invoice. I have been extremely courteous and patient but I have come to the end of my rope with ***** ********.Please advise if you need further information and if you can provide some assistance. I would not recommend this company to anyone based on his extremely unprofessional behaviour.**** ******

    Ridgecrest has responded by making the repairs to the leak.  It appears that the leak is repaired but there is still work to be completed.  The brickwork around the leaking chimney needs to be replaced once the weather allows.

    Ridgecrest has agreed to make those repairs once the weather improves.
