      I hired Amerispec to complete Greener Homes Grant **** and post-retrofit evaluations of my home. The ****retrofit evaluation was completed in April 2022, and post-retrofit in June 2023. My Advisor provided a paper copy of the recommended retrofits during the ****retrofit evaluation. Once the ****retrofit *********** was received in the *** portal, I noticed it was missing items (basement slab, and correct attic insulation value) that were raised during the ****retrofit evaluation that had been noted on my paper report. Not being familiar with the process, I thought nothing of it at the time. During the post-retrofit evaluation, I asked my Amerispec advisor if these could be updated to match the paper document, and they said yes. After initially following up 4 weeks afterward and having not received the post-retrofit evaluation, I received it shortly after calling on July ** but, it was still missing the updates to match the paper report I was given. The person on the phone recommended I text them, and then asked that I email the office. I emailed the office, they replied on July ** confirming that they could make the changes "once the Advisor is back from vacation". Since then, I've had to follow up by email on Augus* ** *** *** and September * with no response. I also called on August **, was asked again to text, and was told at the time that the office contact responsible was on vacation and it would be "moved to the top of the list for when they return". I've since had to follow up twice more since then with no response. As a result, I'm unable to submit my completed Greener Homes grant *********** in the way Amerispec promised - and they have been unresponsive about making the change. It's now been nearly 3 months since my evaluation. I would like them to complete the amendment, as promised, so I can close out my ***********.

      April */23 I had a home inspection done for a government ***** for solar panels. I have called the owner 3 times and have texted 3 times. I have not received any response from the company Amerispec, in which I paid $*** for the inspection. I e-transferred the price and would like to get the report so I can complete the contract with the solar panel company for my house.
