One star for the selection of product. We purchased granite countertops from them a bit over a year ago and are extremely disappointed with the quality of the product and the lack of support from the company. During the selection process, their personally kept insisting that we "go with quartz" as granite didn't have the same warranty. We ended up choosing a beautiful granite slab that was a perfect addition to our new kitchen cabinets and was excited about the beautiful finish, but it quickly became apparent that there were serious issues. After just a few months of use, we noticed that the epoxy filling in the granite began to yellow significantly. Not only does it look unsightly, but it also raises concerns about the durability and longevity of the product. To make matters worse, some of the epoxy is starting to come off entirely, leaving unsightly gaps in the stone IN THE ***** POINT OF THE KITCHEN. This is not what we expected when we invested in what was supposed to be a high-quality product. We tried hiring a 3rd party contractor who would refill all these epoxy spots, but not a single one agreed to work on it stating that it would be high thousands of dollars to fix it. We were also told that the slab was a poor quality one and that it needed to be disposed of. On the attached photo are those spots that need to be fixed. When we reached out to the ** they advised us that there is no warranty on the granite, despite it not being the stone issues, rather a manufacturing flaw. No one from their head office is available (willing) to talk to us about this problem. We would not recommend ** to anyone looking for granite countertops. The quality of their product does not match the price, and their customer service leaves much to be desired. Save yourself the headache and look elsewhere for a reliable supplier.
